USE PERMIT NO. UP-99-10 OF TRACY PUBLIC CEMETERY DISTRICT for a 23-acre public cemetery,which includes a 2,200-square-foot office building, a 3,200-square-foot maintenance shop, a 700-square-foot chapel, and a 7,000-square-foot mausoleum. The project site is located on the west side of Chrisman Road, on the north side of the Delta- Mendota Canal, south of Tracy(Supervisorial District 5). /3. SITE APPROVAL NO.SA-99-41 OF DOLE FRESH FRUITS C/O R. LAWSON ENTERPRISES) to replace a 30,964-square-foot legal non-conforming packing shed with a legal non-conforming winery. An existing brining facility,cold storage facility, and a fruit packing and storage operation located at the site are to remain. The project site is located on the north side of State Route 12, one-hundred feet east of Cherry Road,Victor (Supervisorial District 4). 4. SPECIFIC PLAN AMENDMENT NO.SP-99-2 OF SAM FREITAS to amend the Eight Mile Road Specific Plan to permit a second access point onto Eight Mile Road for an existing truck parking and maintenance operation. The project site is located on the south side of Eight Mile Road, approximately one mile east of West Lane, north of Stockton (Supervisorial District 3). 5. SITE APPROVAL NO.SA-99-42 OF FRANK&CAROL BORBA to establish a new dairy and feed lot with 2,110 animals(1,000 milk cows and 1,110 support stock of various sizes). The project site is located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Dodds Road and Escalon-Bellota Road, north of Escalon(Supervisorial District 5). • The Public is Welcome to Address the Planning Commission on Items of Interest to the Public That Are Not Listed on the Agenda.
