Escalon Bellota Road, Escalon <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other <br /> Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. Install an approved backflow prevention device on the water well supply system(s); <br /> California Code of Regulation, Title 17, Section 7603. All hose bibs are required to <br /> have an individual approved backflow devices. <br /> e <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall.be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to occupancy. Samples are to be taken and run by a State- <br /> approved lab. (Planning Title Section 9-10100-05). <br /> C. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees the <br /> sewage disposal system is designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded <br /> so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. This leach field area <br /> must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility <br /> ilines. <br /> w <br /> d. Submit application for a hazardous waste permit to the Environmental Health Division. <br />! e. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> This system must be designed by a registered engineer. If the above ground holding <br /> facility had to be emptied you first would have to analyze the contents for any hazardous <br /> material. You can obtain specific test requirements from the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> f.
