The property is located on Escalon-Belota Road, 1/4 mile south <br /> of Buerers Road. This study was performed to determine if this site is acceptable for septic <br /> systems that will function properly and pose no adverse environmental impact to surface waters <br /> or to the underlying groundwater. This report is in compliance with the requirements of <br /> Planning Title Section 9-10100 Item (c) of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Codes. The <br /> Applicant for this Minor Subdivision was originally Mr. Dennis Ward. The surrounding structures consist of low density single family housing and ranchettes. <br /> There are dairies in the surrounding study area, along with alfalfa and pasture land.
