The percolation rate was 42 min/in. �,1.0 <br /> (See Appendix). <br /> 6.0 PERCOLATION TEST INFORMATION SECTION <br /> 6.1 Site Map Showing the location, with concise and accurate dimensions of the percolation <br /> test holes on the parcel: (See Appendix.) <br /> 6.2 The Minimum Number of Shallow and Deep Percolation Tests was Performed for Each <br /> Parcel: One shallow percolation test hole was prepared. 6(o-v) <br /> 6.3 Description of the Date,Time and Protocol Used to Prepare the Test Hole, Including <br /> Depth and Dimensions of Hole, Preparation of Hole, and Depth of Water Used to Presoak <br /> (Minimum 12 Inches): The shallow test hole was excavated to a depth of 42 inches and <br /> 8 inches in diameter and backfilled with 2 inches of"pea gravel' in accordance with County <br /> Standards. The shallow hole was prepared by Mike Toy on January 2, 2014. On January 21, 2014 <br /> at 7:30 a.m. the 24 hour presoak period was started. The hole was filled with 12 inches <br /> of water over the gravel at this time. <br /> 6.4 Description of the Date, Time and Condition of the Test Hole After the 24-Hour Soak <br /> Period (Hole Still Intact, Hole Dry,Depth to Water Remaining in Hole,Etc.): On A0 <br /> added <br /> t <br /> January 22, 2014 at 7:30 a.m. the shallow test hole was dry. Six inches of water was \�A <br /> added to the hole and the hole was deemed suitable to continue. The shallow test passed the minimum <br /> County requirements. <br /> 6.5 The Test Conformed to San Joaquin County Policy EHD 02-02 (Correct Depth, diameter, <br /> 2" gravel, 6" Water Refill, Correct Readings Recorded): The percolation test conformed to <br /> San Joaquin County Policy EHD 02-02. <br /> 6.6 Complete Percolation Test Form (Including Readings) Was Provided With REHS / <br /> Verification Signature. The Rate Was Correctly Calculated Using the Last Reading: <br /> (See Appendix for Test Result Form.) <br /> Shallow <br /> TEST HOLE PERCOLATION RATE <br /> 1 (Parcel 1) 42 Min./In.
