The project parcel number is APN 093-140-06, <br /> 1.2 Description of proposed development: The purpose of this project is to create"a 3 a rc e <br /> homesite parcel. <br /> 1.3 Parcel Vicinity Location Map: (See Appendix). <br /> 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix). / <br /> — 2.0 PAST PRESENT AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 Discussion of Past, Present Uses at the Site to Assess Potential Problems: The present <br /> owner, John Sizuela has owned the property for 10 years. The past and present use of the property <br /> has been grazing land and several residences. J <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br /> 3.1 Description of Existing On-site Septic Tank Usage: The purpose of this project is to <br /> create a 3 acre parcel and a 37 acre "designated remainder" from an existing single parcel. <br /> Subject parcel has several existing homes and septic systems. (See Appendix for permi�n <br /> 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for on-site septic permits revealed permits <br /> for this parcel. <br /> — 3.3 Discussion of On-site Repair History: After researching on-site septic permits there is no <br /> history of septic repair available for subject parcel. (SAppendix), <br /> 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in <br /> the general area consist-of what seems to be standard systems consisting of leach lines and seepage <br /> pits. (See permits in Appendix). <br /> 3.5 General Area Septic Permit History: In researching permits for septic systems in <br /> — San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department records,the septic systems <br /> in this general area range in installation dates from 1998 to 2003. (Copies of permits <br /> are in appendix.) <br /> 3.6 Discussion of General Area Septic Tank Repair History: Repair history of the <br /> septic tanks in this area reveals that the leach lines and seepage pits have resulted in consistent <br /> performance.
