n n <br /> 4 <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of 40 total acres located at /0i <br /> 1921 Escalon-Bellota Road, Linden, CA. The subject parcel number is 093-140-06. (l' <br /> The project is in an agricultural community, and the existing parcel is zoned AG-40. <br /> 1.2 Description of proposed development: It is proposed to create a 3 acre homesite parcel <br /> and a 37 acre remainder parcel. In accordance with the San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report (SSCR) is being submitted for approval. This / 2J <br /> ' report will investigate the property for visual or historical environment contamination based on <br /> field observation, interviews .with the owner, and county records. (This SSCR includes no <br /> chemical analysis). <br /> 1.3 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map with Vicinity Map, and APN (l 21) <br /> page). <br /> 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map). J <br /> 2.0 PAST PRESENT AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> i <br /> 2.1 Discussion of Past,Present,and Proposed Future Uses. The primary source of <br /> information of the historic use of this property is testimony of the owner, John Sizuela. The <br /> �-; owner was interviewed on December 30, 2009. John Sizuela has owned the subject parcel for <br /> 10+years. <br /> 6-7 , r <br /> Presently, the majority of the property is used for seasonal winter crops. The surrounding <br /> properties to the north, south, west, and east are used for agricultural purposes. <br /> 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> CONTAMINATION: <br /> 3.1 Methods Used to Research: Methods used to research this parcel were records researched <br /> y at the San Joaquin Count Agriculture Commissioners office on December 30, 2009 (see <br /> q Y g <br /> appendix for results). An onsite survey performed on January 6, 2010 by Joe Murphy of <br /> Dillon&Murphy. The owner was interviewed on December 30, 2009,by Joe Murphy of <br /> Dillon& Murphy. San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's underground C?j <br /> storage tank site mitigation database list did not yield any findings on the subject parcel (see <br /> appendix). A search for U.S.T./L.U.S.T sites was done on the subject parcel and yielded no <br /> findings. Research was performed on the subject site as required by County regulations. <br /> 1 <br />
