1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of 164 total acres located at <br /> 2250 Escalon-Bellota Road, Farmington, CA. The subject parcel number is 187-180-09. <br /> The project is in an agricultural community, and the existing parcel is zoned AG-160. <br /> 1.2 Description of proposed development: It is proposed to create one 10± acre parcel and <br /> 1 one 154± acre remainder parcel from one 164 acre parcel. In accordance with the San Joaquin <br /> 1 County Development Title, this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report (SSCR) is being <br /> submitted for approval. This report will investigate the property for visual or historical <br /> environment contamination based on field observation, interviews with the owner, and county <br /> records. (This SSCR includes no chemical analysis). <br /> 1.3 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map with Vicinity Map, and APN <br /> page). <br /> 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map). <br /> y" 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 Discussion of Past, Present, and Proposed Future Uses: The primary source of <br /> information of the historic use of this property is testimony of the previous owner, John <br /> Sanguinetti. The previous owner was interviewed on June 4, 2008. John Sanguinetti had <br /> owned the subject parcel for 10' years. The property was sold to the current owner, Foothill <br /> Resource Partners, LLC in September, 2008. <br /> R <br /> Presently, the majority of the property is being developed into a vineyard. The surrounding <br /> properties to the north, south, west, and east are used for agricultural purposes. <br /> F 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> `= CONTAMINATION: <br /> 3.1 Methods Used to Research: Methods used to research this parcel were records <br /> researched at the San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office on June 17, 2008 (see <br /> appendix for results). An onsite survey performed on June 10, 2008 by Shaun Mackey of <br /> Dillon & Murphy. The owner was interviewed on June 4, 2008, by Joe Murphy of <br /> Dillon & Murphy. San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's undergrou nd <br /> storage tank site mitigation database list did not yield any findings on the subject parcel (see <br /> Fiappendix). A search for U.S.T.IL.U.S.T sites was done on the subject parcel and yielded no <br /> findings.
