ESCALON BELLOTA ROAD, FARMINGTON) <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced Variance application to reduce the <br /> minimum parcel size from 160 acres in the AG-160 (General Agriculture 160 acre <br /> minimum lot size) zone to 10.20 acres and a designated remainder parcel of 153.80 <br /> acres. <br /> The project site is located on the east side of Escalon-Bellota Road, 1,306 feet north of <br /> Groves Road, Farmington. <br /> The property has a General Plan designation of AIG (General Agriculture) and is zoned <br /> AG-160 (General Agriculture, 160-acre minimum). <br /> In order to approve the Variance, the Planning Commission is required to make three <br /> findings.
