These Requirements <br /> cannot be modified. <br /> 1. Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County Planning Department for <br /> j approval by the Environmental Health Division showing sewage information as <br /> required by the improvement plan (including a 100% expansion area). <br /> 2. State on revised pians or improvement plans the maximum number of employees the <br /> sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section <br /> E 9-1110.4(c) (5)). <br />! (ORDIEHD) <br /> 3. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and <br /> transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code, Section 5-2400. <br /> 4.
