Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Environmental Health Department has reviewed a Surface/Subsurface Contamination <br /> Report (Environmental Site Assessment)dated October 29, 2001 and a Phase II <br /> Environmental Assessment dated July 9, 2002. Because over one year has elapsed since the <br /> preparation of the Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report, an addendum must be <br /> submitted to and approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to recordation of <br /> the Final Map. <br /> B. Submission of three(3) sets of detailed public swimming pool plans to the Environmental <br /> Health Department for review and approval prior to issuance of building permits)(Code of <br /> Regulations,Title 22, Section 65505). <br />
