PA-1100059 OF WOODBRIDGE FIRE DISTRICT for a 149-foot-tall <br /> public safety radio communications lattice tower and 300-square-foot equipment cabinet <br /> (Use Type: Communications Services-Type II). The project site is located on the east side of <br /> j Eunice Avenue, 250-feet south.of-Collier-Road, Acampo(Supervisorial District 4). <br /> i Environmental Determination: An Initial Study has been prepared indicating the project <br /> will not have a significant impact on the environment, and a Negative Declaration has been <br /> prepared for the project. <br /> 2. USE PERMIT NO. PA-1000270 OF NOV NHORN C/O TONY ACEVEDO for a <br /> neighborhood religious assembly facility with a maximum attendance of 187 people(Use <br /> i <br /> Type: Religious Assembly-Neighborhood). The project includes the conversion of an <br /> existing 1,688 square foot building to be used as an assembly hall building, the <br /> f{ construction of a new 4,300 square foot religious facility, and an existing 2,408 square <br />+ foot residence to be used by the caretaker. The project site is located on the west side of <br /> Pearson Road, 500 feet south of Morse Road, north of Stockton (Supervisorial District 4). <br /> Environmental Determination: An Initial Study has been prepared indicating the project <br /> will not have a significant impact on the environment, and a Negative Declaration has been <br /> prepared for the project. <br /> 3. USE PERMIT NO. PA-0800005 OF TRACY MATERIAL RECOVERY to expand an <br /> existing solid waste processing and recycling facility on a previously approved 39.2 acre <br /> site. The facility will be expanded by 12.5 acres to the south, and the total project site area <br /> will consist of 51.7 acres.The project includes the following expansion: (1)Addition of <br /> 19,200 square feet to the existing 57,000 square foot material recovery facility and transfer <br /> station building; (2)Addition of 10,500 square feet to the existing 10,920 square foot <br /> maintenance/administration building; (3) Establishment of construction and demolition inert <br /> debris(CDI); processing,wood waste grinding, appliance recycling, equipment storage, <br /> truck parking; (4)Addition of a one(1) mega-watt wood waste biomass gasification plant; <br /> and(5)increase the capacity of the facility from 1,000 tons per day of municipal solid waste <br /> PC AGENDA - 1 - PC: 6-2-11 <br />
