The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and <br /> signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of <br /> the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4). <br /> c. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: The property owner shall rescind the current contracts and <br /> shall enter into new contracts prior to recording the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment.
