(APN: 063-100-15) <br /> ACTION: On October 11, 1995, the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department approved MS-95-42 subject to the enclosed <br /> Conditions of Approval. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning <br /> Commission by any interested party. Appeals must be filed with <br /> this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of <br /> $275 . 00 . The 10-day appeal period ends at 4 : 30 p.m. on October 21, <br /> 1995.
