Hwy 88, Lodi
The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been
identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These
requirements cannot be modified.
✓A. Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the maximum
number of employees and customers the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In
addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be
driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for
that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin
County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)).
In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal
replacement area.
B. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the
Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil
Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section
9-1110.3 &9-1110.4).
