(2) Phase Two (Building permits shall be issued within five years from the date of <br /> approval): <br /> A. Phase Two includes an 18,000 square foot processing and tank storage <br /> building. , <br /> (3) Phase Three (Building.permits shall be issued within ten years from the date of <br /> the'approval): <br /> i A. Phase Three includes a 9,000 square foot tank storage building. ' <br /> c. CAPITAL FACILITY FEE: -This project may be subject to the Capital Facility Fee. <br /> If the Capital Facility Fee is applicable, the County shall collect the fees before the <br /> issuance of any building permits. (Development Title Section 9-1245.2) <br /> d. STORM DRAINAGE: Any additional stormwater drainage shall be retained on-site. <br /> The drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown <br /> on the Site Plan. Drainage calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or <br /> architect shall be included. (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> e. PARKING:, Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All .parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and <br /> permanently maintained with asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete to <br /> provide a durable, dust free surface. Bumper guards shall be provided when <br /> necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015.5[ej) <br /> (2) The first one hundred (10 0) feet of driveway from Live Oak Road and Skate <br /> Route 88 shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with base material of <br /> appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete to <br /> provide a durable, dust free surface. <br /> (3) Phase One <br /> A. A minimum of five (5) additional parking spaces shall be provided, including <br /> 1 accessible space which shall be van accessible. Accessible spaces shall <br /> be located as close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.9) <br /> (4) Phase Two , <br /> A.
