John Funderberg <br /> I am the owner of property at 12945 HWY 88, Lodi CA 95240. <br /> I bought this 37 Acres of property to convert it into a Walnut Orchard and build a custom <br /> made house on this property. <br /> I am very distressed to learn that the property next to me at 12221 HWY 88 is being <br /> asked to be converted into a huge olive processing plant. <br /> This will become an industrial park with more pollution and traffic. <br /> If this neighbor wants to build olive processing plant he should build it in an area which <br /> is designated as industrial Zone and not in an area which is designated as AG-40. <br /> For me it will be like living in an industrial area south of Stockton. <br /> Perhaps Cortoppassi Partners LP should consider applying for a permit to build this olive <br /> processing plant in the back yard of his house at 11292 n.
