You are hereby assigned Order No. R5-2009-0097-.0028. <br /> The Order, adopted by the Central Valley Water Board on 8 October 2009,is a conditional, <br /> waiver.of waste discharge requirements for small wineries and food 'processors. The Order <br /> is attached to this transmittal and is also available at: http.//www.waterboards.ca.gov/ <br /> centralvalley/board_decisions/adopted orders/#Waivers. <br /> Please familiarize yourself with the contents of the Order including the discharge and <br /> monitoring requirements The facility must be operated in accordance with the requirements <br /> contained in the Order and with the information submitted in the RWD. <br /> DISCHARGE DESCRIPTION <br /> Corto-Olive operates C.P. Olive Mill at 110201 E. Live Oak Road, .Stockton. Cortopassi <br /> Partners, L.P. owns Corto-Olive,.and Cocoa Farms, L.P. owns a portion of the Land <br /> Application Areas (LAAs). The three entities are hereafter.collectively referred to as <br /> Discharger. <br /> The Discharger proposes to process approximately 8,000 tons of olives annually, making f <br /> olive oil. The activity t will generate approximately 45,000 <br /> gallons of wastewater. . Depending <br /> on market.conditions, the Discharger plans to expand over the next five years. The <br /> expansion will result in more wastewater being generated.
