CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-00-56 <br /> Adocare, Inc, <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-00-56 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on October 18, 2000, which is the effectiveAate of <br /> approval.This approval will expire on April 19, 2002, which is 18 months from the effective <br /> date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted <br /> by the County Surveyor. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to <br /> approval of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Jennifer Jolley,468-3161) <br /> a) APPROVED USE: The Notice of Lot Line Adjustment shall substantially conform to the <br /> Tentative Map dated September 20, 2000. <br /> b) NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be <br /> recorded prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions <br /> of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to-the Surveyor's Division for review and <br /> forwarding to-the Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be <br /> prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land <br /> Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors`Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> c) LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: The following lot size and width regulations shall apply to this <br /> map: <br /> 1) All parcels shall have a minimum lot width of 330 feet, measured at the front yard <br /> setback line. (Development Title Section 9-610.4) <br /> 2) All parcels shall have a minimum lot area of 2 acres. <br /> 2.
