A 1,622 Square foot existing apartment on the <br /> second floor will not be part of the project. The project also includes the paving of a- <br /> parking lot on a separate parcel under Development Title Section 94015.4(a). The <br /> project site is located on the southwest corner of East State Route 88 and Tully Road, <br /> Lockeford. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 2. The developer shall provide drainage facilities in accordance with the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Standards. (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> 3. The proposed project disturbs less than one (1) acre of ground and is not part of a larger plan of <br /> common development.
