Highway 88. Lockeford Ca 95237 <br /> This letter shall serve two(2) purposes. <br /> 1. With the attached amended design plans, I remove my original permit <br /> objection letter dated; March 10th 2018. <br /> 2. 1 also wish to submit a 2nd objection letter with regards to a parking lot <br /> building permit, for the following reason: <br /> When the building was built, almost a centure ago, there was probably not <br /> much in the way of adjacent properties to the east of the buidling. Over the <br /> years, more building were built and the vacant lot was created on the east <br /> side. All of the utilities are located on the east side of the property. The <br /> property now stands as a; Zero Lot Line. I now have concerns regarding; <br /> Easement Rights. With the current proposed development of the land-east <br /> of property, there are inherant issues regarding access. It is my belief that <br /> the property has earned a Prescriptive Easement, as the property was <br />
