Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage must be performe�prior to acceptance of the application s required by Section 9- <br /> 1105.2(d) of the San Joaghin Count Development Y p Title. A rate loading study is required <br /> and a review fee of$390.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health ed <br /> Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$78.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. ,Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br /> /Z''-JCentral Valley Region,prior to development (Water Code, Article 5, Section 13280). <br /> �ro C. Submit a site plan or map plan to the Environmental Health Division showing sewage and <br /> well information that clearly delineates the proposed locations as required by ordinance <br /> requirements (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4). <br /> D.
