Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a <br /> State approved laboratory. (Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> c. Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central <br /> Valley Region, prior to development. (Water Code, Article 5, Section 13280) <br /> d. Submit a site plan or map plan to the Environmental Health Division which shows sewage and <br /> well information that clearly delineates the proposed locations, as required by ordinance <br /> requirements.- (Development Title Section 9-1110.4) <br /> e. Construction of individual sewage disposal systems under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development. (Development Title <br /> Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4) <br /> f. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit, or excavation under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division. (Development Title Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4) <br /> g. Construct a water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division prior to <br /> occupancy. Should the number of nonresident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per <br /> year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water <br /> system will be required by the Environmental Health Division. (Development Title 22, Sections 9- <br /> 1120.2 and 9-1115.9) <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to ensure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with Development Title <br /> Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9, CCR, Title 22, and Health and Safety Code Sections 116525 <br /> through 116570. <br /> h. Install an approved back-flow prevention device on the water supply system. (California Code of <br /> Regulation, Title 17, Section 7603) <br /> L Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed, and transported to an <br /> approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 5-2400. <br /> j. Demolition of all dilapidated structures and removal of all demolition material from the premises to <br /> an approved landfill site are required in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> Section 5-2401. <br /> 4. CALTRANS <br /> a. The northernmost driveway access shall be improved to Caltrans standards for a commercial <br /> driveway. The applicant will also be required to construct a two-way left-turn lane. <br /> b. Caltrans will require right of way dedication of 50 feet from the centerline of State Route 68. <br /> c. Any work done in the State right of way will require an encroachment permit. <br /> d. A separate encroachment permit will be required for the proposed future driveway located near <br /> the north property line as identified on the Parcel Plan. <br /> e.
