i) The Building Division has reviewed the site plan and project description. There <br /> does not appear to be any newly proposed construction, alteration to existing <br /> structures or grading associated with the proposed project. However, if the <br /> scope of the project changes a building permit may be required. <br /> n) CALIFORNIA FIRE CODE: The following California Fire Code and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction <br /> plans before submittal to the Community Development Department for a building permit: <br /> i) Submit a detailed floor plan indicating emergency exiting and compliance with the <br /> 2016 edition of the California Building Code and CFC. <br /> ii) CFC, Section 906 Portable Fire Extinguishers—Provide portable fire extinguishers as required <br /> by this section. <br /> iii) CFC, Section 506 Key Box -A Knox®Box shall be installed according to the local fire <br /> department's instructions. Make application for the key box at the fire district having <br /> jurisdiction of this project. If there is an electronically controlled access gate at this site a <br /> Knox@ key switch will also be required. <br /> iv) CFC, Section 105 Permits: Operational Permit(s) may be required prior to occupancy. <br /> 2. SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT (Contact:209-468-4150) <br /> a) The applicant shall follow all applicable laws, County Ordinances, and/or regulations. <br /> b) Any dancing or associated activities must be restricted to the interior of the designated <br /> business area as laid out in the application. <br /> c) No loudspeaker or sound equipment shall be used for the amplification of sound to a level <br /> audible beyond the walls of the building in which the business is located. (Development <br /> title Section 9- 1085.12[a]) <br /> d) The Establishment shall ensure all persons on the premises, including but not limited to <br /> any performers, employees, and patrons, comply with Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1085.16 regarding Attire. <br /> e) Any planned entertainment, activities, or increased attendees (dancing/DJ/Live music) <br /> outside of this permit must be vetted through a separate permit process. <br /> f) Should this establishment receive or be notified of complaint(s) associated with this permit, <br /> the establishment shall take immediate corrective action. <br /> FOR INFORMATION ONLY: <br /> See Pacific Gas & Electric letter dated July 22, 2019. <br /> PA-1900116 (EP) Conditions of Approval 3 <br />
