However, the following San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements <br /> listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also <br /> apply. These Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) for mobile office, under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> B. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees the <br /> sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach <br /> field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground <br /> utility lines. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> C. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported <br /> to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section <br /> 5-2400. <br /> D.
