Box 2244 <br /> Lodi, CA 95241-2244 <br /> Dear Mr. Viramontes: <br /> Re: Time Extension Request for Site Approval Application No. SA-98-21'of Jose Viramontes <br /> (APN: 063-160-17;%14345 N..State Route 88, Lodi) <br /> ACTION: On December 24, 1998, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department <br /> approved a 90-day Time Extension for Site Approval Application No. SA-97-21. Because the <br /> development is currently operating without the required permits, Improvement/Grading Plans shall <br /> be submitted prior to January 23, 1999. All improvements shall be completed prior to February <br /> 12, 1999, the new expiration date. The original Conditions of Approval continue to apply. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested <br /> party. Appeals must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee <br /> of$275.00. The 10-day appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on January 3, 1999. If this date falls on <br /> a weekend or holiday, the appeal period will expire on the next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br /> EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval prior to <br /> February 12, 1999. If you have not complied with the Conditions of Approval by that date, the <br /> approval will expire, and the project cannot proceed. 1 <br /> NEXT STEP: Before your use can be established, you must comply with all Conditions of <br /> Approval, including the securing of Improvement/Grading Plans and any other permits specified in <br /> the Conditions of Approval.
