APPROVED USE : This approval is for farm headquarters, <br /> contract labor, and agricultural truck parking for one truck- <br /> tractor and two semi-trailers as shown on the site plan <br /> submitted March 30, 1998 . (Use Type: Farm Services, <br /> Agricultural Truck Parking) . <br /> C . STORM DRAINAGE : Any additional stormwater drainage created by <br /> new improvements shall be retained on-site. The drainage <br /> pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be <br /> shown on the Site Plan. Drainage calculations prepared by a <br /> registered civil engineer or architect shall be included. <br /> d. MERGER: The two lots which comprise APN 063-160-17 shall be <br /> merged. <br /> e . PARKING: Off--street parking shall be provided and comply with <br /> the following: <br /> Driveway, parking, and maneuvering areas shall be paved and <br /> permanently maintained to provide a durable dust free surface . <br /> All other areas that are used for vehicular traffic shall be <br /> surfaced and permanently maintained with a chip seal . <br /> Aggregate base may be used for trailer storage areas . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-505 . 7 [f] ) <br /> One truck parking space and a minimum of 3 automobile <br /> parking spaces shall be provided, including one accessible <br /> space . ( 2 spaces are required for every 1, 000 feet of <br /> building area. . 67 spaces are required for every employee . ) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015 . 3) <br /> f. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the <br /> following: <br /> if the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and <br /> security lighting shall be installed. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015 . 5 [g; ) <br /> Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the <br /> premises . No spillover beyond the property lines shall be <br /> permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, <br /> that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015. 5 [g] [4] ) <br /> c. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and <br /> shall be shown on the Site Plan: <br /> Access gates, if provided, shall be recessed from the <br /> property line a minimum of sixty five ( 65) feet . <br />
