e. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be <br /> installed_ (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover <br /> beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, <br /> provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[gI[4]) <br /> f. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the <br /> Site Plan: <br /> (1) Access gates, if provided, shall be recessed from the property line a minimum of 65 <br /> feet. <br /> g. COMPLIANCE DATE: Because this development is currently operating without the required <br /> permits, the Site Plans shall be submitted within 60 days from the date of this approval letter. <br /> Enforcement action will be deferred if the Site Plan is submitted within 60 days and the <br /> Conditions of Approval are met within six months from the effective date of this approval <br /> letter. <br /> h. FIRE CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction <br /> plans before submittal to the Community Development Department for a building permit: <br /> (1) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the <br /> Califomia Fire Code and the standards adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire <br /> Chiefs Association (20-foot-width minimum). <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: (See the attached memo from Public Works dated April 15, <br /> 1998.) <br /> 3.
