Hwy 88,Lockeford <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A surface and subsurface contamination report has been received and is currently being <br /> reviewed by the Environmental Health Department. Should the report be deficient an <br /> { addendum shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department and approved prior to <br /> recordation of Final Map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-905-12). <br /> NOTE: <br /> The surface and subsurface report dated October 25, 2005 shall require an addendum <br /> addressing any current changes from the original date of submittal. The addendum shall be <br /> a, submitted to the Environmental Health Department and approved prior to recordation of <br /> Final Map(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-905-12). <br /> -` B. Written Confirmation is required from Lockeford Communtiy Services District that <br /> improvements have been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for <br /> improvements for public sewer required by the agency. In addition,written confirmation <br /> from the Public Works Department that the agency has or will have the sewer capacity to <br /> serve the development is also required(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 11003). <br /> C. A letter from the water supplier of Lockeford Community Services District will be required <br /> til V stating that they have the capacity to serve the development and that the system meets State <br /> standards prior to recording the final map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1100.3). <br /> D. Destroy the abandoned agricultural well(s)under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Department as required(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.5(e)). <br />
