Hwy 88,Lockeford The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. A. A surface and subsurface contamination report has been received and is currently being reviewed by the Environmental Health Department. Should the report be deficient an { addendum shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department and approved prior to recordation of Final Map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-905-12). NOTE: The surface and subsurface report dated October 25, 2005 shall require an addendum addressing any current changes from the original date of submittal. The addendum shall be a, submitted to the Environmental Health Department and approved prior to recordation of Final Map(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-905-12). -` B. Written Confirmation is required from Lockeford Communtiy Services District that improvements have been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for improvements for public sewer required by the agency. In addition,written confirmation from the Public Works Department that the agency has or will have the sewer capacity to serve the development is also required(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- 11003). C. A letter from the water supplier of Lockeford Community Services District will be required til V stating that they have the capacity to serve the development and that the system meets State standards prior to recording the final map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1100.3). D. Destroy the abandoned agricultural well(s)under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department as required(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- 1115.5(e)).
