Written confirmation is required from the Lockeford Community Services District that <br /> improvements have been constructed or financial arrangements have been made for any <br /> improvements for public sewer required by the agency. In addition, written confirmation from <br /> the Lockeford Community Services District that the agency has or will have the sewer <br /> capacity to serve the development is also required. (Development Title Section 9-110.3) <br /> c. A letter from the water supplier of Lockeford Community Service District will be required <br /> stating that they have the capacity to serve the development and that the system meets <br /> State standards prior to recording the Final Map. (Development Title Section 9-1100.3) <br /> d. Destroy any abandoned agricultural wells under permit and inspection by Environmental <br /> Health. (Development Title Section 9-1115.5[e]) <br /> 5. This project will be subject to the District's Indirect Source Review Rule(Rule 9510).
