TREE PRESERVATION: The subdivision improvement plan shall indicate whether or not <br /> trees will be'removed. No Heritage Oak Trees are to be removed. If a native oak tree is to be <br /> removed, the method of replacement shall be described, consistent with Section 9-1504.4 of <br /> the Development Title. If the tree is to remain, development constraints shall be noted on the <br /> subdivision plans, consistent with Section 1505.5 of the Development Title. <br /> Major Subdivision Application No. PA-0500509 and Zone Reclassification Application <br /> No.'PA-0500844 are scheduled to be heard before the Planning Commission on October <br /> 19, 2006. The Community Development Department has reviewed the Major <br /> Subdivision application and Zone Reclassification application and responses from other <br /> agencies, and pending the resolution of any outstanding issues, will be recommending <br /> that the Planning Commission forward this item to the Board of Supervisors with a <br /> recommendation of approval with the following conditions: <br /> Major Subdivision Application No. PA-0500509 was approved by the Planning <br /> Commission on . LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: the following lot size and width regulations shall apply <br /> to this map: <br /> i) The average lot width for all lots in this proposed subdivision shall be equal to <br /> or greater than the minimum lot width required (60 feet). The subdivider shall submit a <br /> copy of the preliminary Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions (CC&R's) for <br /> approval by the Planning Director.
