F1
EMGEO
i [ INCORPORATED
3. Two pole-mounted transformers were noted on a single pole on the west edge of the
Property. The transformers appear to be in good condition. We observed no signage
F1 indicating that the transformers have been certified to be PCB free. We interviewed
Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E), who was not able to locate the transformers in the
computer database. They indicated that they would complete a map review in order to
locate the transformers. We did not receive a return phone call regarding the results of
his research. We recommend that PG&E be contacted to determine whether or not the
transformers contain PCBs.
/4. We observed several metal and PVC pipes discarded on top of the soil and the concrete
. pad on the west edge of the Property. We recommend that the debris be collected for
appropriate disposal. If during the collection of the equipment and debris, soil staining or
potential hazardous materials are encountered, we recommend that ENGEO be contacted
so that further assessment may be completed.
Fi 2.0 PURPOSE AND SCOPE
`
7 /2.1 Purpose of Phase One Environmental Site Assessment
y
The purpose of this Phase One Environmental Site Assessment is to identify recognized
environmental conditions associated with the Property.
