Currently there is a Shell Gas Station at this address. The site status is listed <br /> c as undergoing a remediation plan. The site has leaked gasoline from an underground tank, <br /> fland has affected the drinking water aquifer. MTBE has been detected in the aquifer. There <br /> are ten monitoring wells installed at the site for monitoring. The depth to water is recorded <br /> at between 70 and 93 feet below ground surface. The lead agency for the site is someone <br /> with the initials HAR at San Joaquin County. James Barton with the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board has oversight of the Property. <br /> f <br />! F(( 5.0 SITE RECONNAISSANCE <br /> { )/55.1 Methodology <br /> ENGEO conducted a reconnaissance of the Property on November 3, 2005. The Property was <br /> viewed for hazardous materials storage, superficial staining or discoloration debris stressed <br /> ,t vegetation, or other conditions that may be indicative of potential sources of soil or groundwater <br /> -} contamination. The site was also reviewed for evidence of fill/ventilation pipes, ground subsidence, <br /> E or other evidence of existing or preexisting underground storage tanks.
