ENGEO INCORPORATED � k 1.0 INTRODUCTION l The Property is located south of East Highway 88 in San Joaquin County; California (Figure 1). _ The approximately 19-acre Property is identified as Assessor's.Parcel Number (APN) 019-11.0_ 1. '12 (Figure 2) and currently'consists of bare, tilled soil covered in scattered thorny shrubs, a_few :.- �__ " large oak trees, two agricultural water.supply wells, and a concrete pad. /tea c� � 7 OR 1.1 Executive Summary of Conclusions The conclusions presented at the end of this report discuss that two Reco ized Environmental Conditions IRECs) were identified within the Property. Four other items of information 4 regarding features that may require general cleanup or demolition in preparation of a changed land use are identified within the Property. We have provided recommended action items that r should be included in the future work to address the features described in the Other Information section this report. The following sections are presented to assist the reader in evaluating our findings and recommendations. i ENGEO Incorporated has performed a Phase One Environmental Site Assessment for the 4 Property in general conformance with the scope and limitations of ASTM 1527-00 and our ? Proposal, dated July 27, 2005. 1 /I-1.1 Recognized Environmental Conditions 7 / i We observed one RECs connected with past use of the Property and one REC connected with -+ the past use of a neighboring property. We describe the two RECs below. 1. Environmental Data Resources Inc. (EDR) performed a search of local, state, and federal agency databases regarding the Property and known contaminated sites in the immediate vicinity.
