The <br /> 1 1Property may <br /> also be accessed from Oak Street, on the northwest side of the Property. <br /> ` � ✓5.3 Exterior Observations <br /> 4 <br /> Structures <br /> We observed a concrete pad approximately eight feet wide and fourteen feet long beneath a tree <br /> w <br /> on the west edge of the Property. The pad had been covered by soil and dry grass. The concrete <br /> appeared fairly old, and had several cracks on the edges. Redwood boards were bolted along the <br /> i ,top outside edge of the pad. We observed a one-foot diameter mass of concrete on in the <br /> northwest corner of the pad. We observed no piping or other objects to protrude from the top or <br /> sides of the concrete. A pile of ash approximately three feet in diameter and six inches tall was <br /> observed on top of the pile.
