F_J EAIGEO INCORPORATED /2.1 Other Information lA 1. We observed a concrete pad approximately eight feet wide and fourteen feet long beneath a Dtree on the west edge of the Property. The pad had been covered by soil and dry grass. We observed no piping or other objects to protrude from the top or sides of the concrete. We F1found no evidence of an REC associated with the concrete pad during the site reconnaissance. The pad appears to be consistent with a structure that is mapped in the Lockeford quadrangle maps. If during future development of the Property, and demolition of the pad, soil staining or potential hazardous materials are encountered, we recommend that ENGEO be contacted so that further assessment may be completed. 2. here are two agricultural water supply wells located approximately 100 feet south of the concrete pad, on the west edge of the Property. The wells are powered by electricity from the pole-mounted transformers. No staining was observed on or near the wells. The wells should be either upgraded for future use or abandoned under permit from San Joaquin County Department of Environmental Health. Due to the fact that there is a known contaminated site located approximately 1 mile from the Property, we also recommend that the wells be used to conduct a water quality assessment of the Property. r, - 3. Two pole-mounted transformers were noted on a single pole on the west edge of the Property. The transformers appear to be in good condition. We interviewed Pacific Gas and Electric who was not able to locate the transformers in the computer database. They indicated that they would complete a map review in order to locate the transformers. We did 1 not receive a return phone call regarding the results of his research.
