Project conform with the Uniform Fire Code and <br /> Standards. <br /> 2. Project conform with, if applicable, the National <br /> Fire Protection Association Standards. <br /> 3. Fire Department Development Fee' s be paid in <br /> accordance with S. J. County Ordinance and <br /> Resolutions adopting the fee schedule. <br /> Industrial/Commercial @ $. 19 per sq. ft. <br /> 4. Provide Fire Department access road as required <br /> by San Joaquin County Public Works Standard. <br /> 5. Fire hydrants shall be in accordance with the <br /> Uniform Fire Code and shall be spaced no more than <br /> 500 feet. All fire hydrants shall meet Fire <br /> Department standards. Plans shall show on site fire <br /> hydrants as per N. F . P. A. 24 and Uniform Fire Code. <br /> All fire hydrants shall be identified with blue <br /> street marker as per Fire Department standards. <br /> 6 .
