<br /> 5.1 Construction of a landfill site. Requirements of District Rule 8020 and the Cal fornix C:dz� of
<br /> Regulations (CCR) Sections 17659 and 17706 apply.
<br /> 5.2 Adjacent public paved roads, shoulders & accesses. Rule 9020, 5.4 applies.
<br /> 5.2.1 I interior roads of the landfill site. Landfill roads connected to off-site adjacent paved public roads must
<br /> be paved for a sufficient distance to allow mud and dirt accumulation
