The 100-year Flood Elevation is approximately 75-feet NGVD, <br /> State Highway Route 88 has an existing right-of-way width of 80-feet and a planned right-of-way width as determined by <br /> Caltrans. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed.
