PARCEL ONE TO CONTAIN APPROXIMATELY 47 ACRES, AND PARCEL TWO TO CONTAIN APPROXIMATELY 42 ACRES, LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF STATE ROUTE 88, APPROXIMATELY 2,933 FEET WEST OF DISCH ROAD. (SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT 4) PROPERTY OWNER: Donald L. Lucchesi,Inc. APPLICANT: Monte Seibel, Land Surveyor ADDRESS: 15289 East State Highway Route 88 APN: 019-120-20, 21 INFORMATION: Portions of the site are currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area as well as a Designated FIoodway. The 100-year Flood Elevation is approximately 75-feet NGVD, State Highway Route 88 has an existing right-of-way width of 80-feet and a planned right-of-way width as determined by Caltrans. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The Regional Traffic Impact Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. Any permits, dedications, and/or improvements for State Highway Route 88 shall be as required by Caltrans. RECOMMENDATIONS: 1. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915.2) 2.
