Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface contamination <br /> report, identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past <br /> or current land uses. The report shall include evaluation of non-point source of hazardous <br /> materials, including agricultural chemical residues. as well as potential point sources. such as <br /> fuel storage tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage areas_ The report shall be submitted to <br /> the Environmental Health Department at time of submittal of a tentative.trap (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-905.12). <br /> A review fee of$190.00 shall be paid at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> B. A soil suitability study shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department indicating <br /> that the area is suitable for septic system usage_ The study must be approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Department prior to the recordation of Parcel Map. (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2 (d)). A review fee of$190.00 must be paid at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval_ A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$95.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> C. Construction of an individual sewage disposal systeni(s)under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Depai-Iment is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability <br /> findings (San Joaquin County Development Title. Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> D. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br />
