CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-95-28 <br /> Moffatt, et al <br /> On July 14, 1995,the San Joaquin County Community Development Department Approved LA-95-28 <br /> subject to the Conditions of Approval listed below. Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance <br /> requirements shall be complied with prior to the recordation of the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. A `Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b. The existing Williamson Act Contract shall be amended to reflect the new configuration <br /> by filing a new Williamson Act Contract with the Community Development Department. <br /> (Government Cade Section 5-1240, et seq.) <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. <br /> A new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b.
