Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> Prior to issuance of building permits, applicant shall provide the Environmental Health <br /> Department with a detailed schematic drawing that shows the existing and the proposed <br /> winery waste stream conveyances. A Plan-Check fee of$186.00 shall be collected at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Department per the Board of Supervisors Resolution <br /> 90-620. <br /> Prior to issuance of building permits, applicant shall provide documentation to the <br /> Environmental Health Department that the City of Lodi will take additional winery waste <br /> (see previous letter dated May 2, 2003). Should that disposal service not be available, and <br /> then an approved winery waste disposal facility will need to provide the Environmental <br /> Health Department with written documentation. <br /> E <br /> J-Prior to issuance of building permits, applicant shall prepare a public notification to be posted <br /> continuously in regards to the above the maximum contaminant level for nitrates for water <br /> _._. ._ <br /> !
