This will include the construction of a new 20,000 square foot production facility and production capacity of a <br /> maximum of 99,000 gallons of wine. The winery currently uses an existing 4,000 square foot production facility and a 1,900 <br /> square foot two-story building for a wine tasting room, retail sales area and office. <br /> The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan Designation is AIG (General <br /> Agriculture). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the south side of State Route 88, 625 feet east of Disch Road, east of <br /> Lockeford(APNIAddress: 019-180-35; 16750 E. State Route 88 Highway, Lockeford)(Supervisorial District 4) <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption.
