Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage, including winery waste and number of employees and customers. This must be <br /> f performed prior to issuance of building permits as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required and a review fee of$ <br /> 435.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$87.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to issuance of building permits. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1115.7). <br /> C. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customgrs the sewage <br /> ���, V#? disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it <br /> Q <br /> cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area.
