BALDIVIN <br />DIRECTOR OF <br />EMERGENCY OPERATIONS <br />If the business will handle or store hazardous materials such as gasoline, propane, compressed <br />gasses etc. at threshold reporting quantities (55 gallons liquid, 500 pounds solid, and 200 cubic <br />feet gas), then the business will be required to complete and submit a Hazardous Materials <br />Management Plan (HIVIMP) to this office. The business will have 30 days to complete the BAIIVIP <br />once a hazardous material arrives on site. <br />If the winery will use an extremely hazardous material (EHS) such as ammonia, chlorine, sulfur <br />dioxide, etc. in threshold reporting quantities, then a Risk Management Plan will be required <br />before they start operations. <br />Please contact me at (209) 468-3969 if you have any questions. <br />DF/hld <br />
