This must be performed prior to recordation of deed or <br /> /�� ecord of survey (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review <br /> fee of$186.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> (DBCP)awrecordation of deed or recong private water rls shall be tested for the d <br /> Dibromochloropropane <br /> and nitrates <br /> I <br /> Prior to ecor <br /> o d of survey. Samples are to be <br /> taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1115.7). I <br /> The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health � <br /> Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) by installing a <br /> cement surface seal around the well casing to protect the well casing sufficiently and the <br /> integrity of well grout. � � � \ <br /> D. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-systems) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> E.
