This zoning designation "is established to <br /> preserve agricultural lands for the continuation of commercial agriculture enterprises."(www.co.san- <br /> Fjjoaquin.ca.us, 2005). <br /> ' 1.2 Proposed Development <br /> P p <br /> F1Our office was provided with a tentative parcel map from Monte Seibel,Land Surveyor, of Lodi <br /> showing the proposed parcel division; this map is included in Plate 1. The proposed development <br /> of the Site is to adjust the property lines for four parcels and create three parcels. Parcel one will <br /> contain 16 acres and parcels two and three will contain two acres. <br /> 1.3 Site Vicinity <br /> A site vicinity map is included in the appendix of this report as Plate 2. <br /> 1.4 Site Map <br /> F, A site map is included in the appendix of this report as Plate 1. <br /> F1 2.0 PRESENT AND PAST USES OF THE SITE <br /> ` d 2.1 Past and Present Site Use <br /> F1The Site is currently orchard with one residence and a large storage building. The property owner <br /> believes it has been used as an apple and walnut orchard for well over 20 years given the size of the <br /> trees.
