The Department has the <br /> following comments: <br /> Proof(a copy) of the property owners encroachment permits from the Department is <br /> required. There do not appear to be any encroachment permits on file to allow direct <br /> access to SR-88 from Parcel 1 or Parcels 2 and 3 at the project location. The <br /> Department will complete review of this application upon receipt of the copy of the <br /> permit. <br /> A new encroachment permit will be required upon than a of ownershW of any <br /> property(such as from the sale of Parcels 2 and 3) that currently contains permitted <br /> access to any State Highway.
