a <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-01-29 <br /> Lucchesi <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No.LA-01-29 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on January 2,2002, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on July 4, 2003, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Jose Rubianes, 953-7509) <br /> a. APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment recorded shall substantially conform to the Tentative Map <br /> dated July 20,2001. f <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The kegal descriptions shall be prepared,stamped,and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer,qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.(Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. WILLIAMSON ACT: The property owner must rescind the current contract on Parcel 2 and enter <br /> into a new contract on the reconfigured Parcel 2 prior to recording the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> Filing fees are required for this application. <br /> 2.
