The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-:1115.4(e))as follows- <br /> Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for back-flow prevention shall maintain <br /> an air gap equal to the size of the discharge pipe, but not less than 6 inches.
