Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. A. A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic system Usage. The studies shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department at time of submittal of a General Plan Map Amendment Application. A review fee of$525.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$105.00 per percolation hole is required. NOTE: A Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study dated January 30, 2009, has been submitted to the Environmental Health Department and has been approved" The Environmental Health Department has no additional conditions to impose at this application stage; however, future development will have conditions or requirements pertaining to the provisions of water and sewage.
