Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be <br /> submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> system Usage. The studies shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department at time <br /> of submittal of a General Plan Map Amendment Application. A review fee of$525.00 must be <br /> paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic <br /> tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is <br /> required for each parcel. A permit fee of$105.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: <br /> A Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study dated January 30, 2009, has been submitted to the <br /> Environmental Health Department and has been approved" <br /> The Environmental Health Department has no additional conditions to impose at this <br /> application stage; however, future development will have conditions or requirements pertaining <br /> to the provisions of water and sewage. <br />
